Flat Spray
A flat fan spray nozzle produces a narrow, straight spray with tapered edges, which allows for overlapping of spray patterns. This type of spray is often used in applications where the target is moving past the spray, such as on a conveyor or in a car wash. Flat fan sprays concentrate the impact of the spray in a small area, resulting in higher impact and more effective cleaning. Flat fan sprays are commonly used in parts cleaning, metal washing, foam control, asphalt spraying, car washes, and dishwashers.

Low flowrate spray nozzle produces a flat, fan-shaped spray pattern.

Standard spray nozzles produce a flat, fan-shaped spray pattern.

Standard spray nozzles produce a flat, fan-shaped spray pattern.

Thin disc-shaped nozzle produces a flat, fan-shaped spray pattern similiar to the F series.

Thin disc-shaped nozzle used where the nozzle must not project beyond the wall of the header pipe.

Low-impact, wide flat-fan shaped spray. Spray is deflected away from the centerline of the pipe connection.

High-impact, flat and thin fan-shaped spray with sharp definition on edges.

The flat fan A-Series assembly uses FT tips. Designed as an all-in-one solution for low-flow applications.
